30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and free of food residue
- In their original sealed packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Hygiene note: Because our silicone liners and lids are food-contact products, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging. This keeps every customer's order safe and sanitary.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No return shipping required.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind returns: Buyer covers return shipping.
- Our error or a defective item: We cover everything.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
